Description
Inelli jumpsuit for restless patients – comfortable and safe
Also known as a dementia jumpsuit, it is designed for people suffering from dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.
The jumpsuit helps preserve the patient’s dignity by featuring a long zipper at the back that extends down to the leg, preventing the patient from undressing themselves.
The material is 100% cotton, which is breathable and comfortable to wear; it is well-suited for year-round use, as it retains heat in winter and keeps you cool in summer.
Inelli jumpsuits feature a loose fit around the waist and sleeves; available sizes range from S to XXL, corresponding to standard European sizes and fitting most people perfectly. For heavier patients (over 120 kg), a custom-sized product may be required.
If you have any doubts about the size, you can always contact us at +37253844660, and the size can be exchanged if necessary. The designs and prints of Inelli’s clothing for restless patients are unisex and suitable for both men and women. All prints are created in Estonia and are typically updated once a year.
The jumpsuit for people with dementia features a sturdy zipper designed to withstand daily use; however, we recommend turning the garment inside out and zipping it up before washing. As the fabric and prints are dyed, a washing temperature of up to 60°C is recommended to ensure the product’s longevity.
Key benefits of jumpsuits for people with dementia:
- Firstly, the back-opening zipper prevents the patient from undressing themselves—a common repetitive behavior associated with dementia. This helps avoid situations where a confused individual might remove their clothes and become cold. The jumpsuit maintains a stable body temperature and reduces the risk of hypothermia.
- Secondly, the jumpsuit is designed to prevent access to incontinence products, thereby avoiding hygiene issues and the risk of infection that could arise if the patient attempts to remove these products independently.
In summary
Inelli’s jumpsuit for restless patients is an essential, comprehensive solution for caregivers to manage challenging behavior, ensuring patient safety and improving quality of life while enabling caregivers to perform their work efficiently and with dignity.
