Description
The pressure of compression products is indicated in millimetres of mercury per cubic metre (mmHg).
(DEN indicates only the elasticity of the succinite, not the thickness or pressure).
Therefore, only a product that indicates the pressure in mmHg or CCL class will ensure good circulation and proper support of the veins.
CompriTex compression harnesses are available in two classes and in different sizes:
- Class 1 (CCL1), medical compression 18-21 mmHg Class 1 is suitable for reducing heaviness and mild swelling in the legs.
Good for prolonged standing or sitting and for swollen and aching feet (also during pregnancy).
Prevention of mild varicose veins.
- Class 2 (CCL2), medical compression 23-32 mmHg Class 2 is suitable for more severe swelling and venous insufficiency.
Reduces the appearance of varicose veins and swelling and prevents the risk of thrombosis.
For maximum effect, please select the most accurate size possible so that pressure and support are felt.
CompriTex compression stockings are worn just like regular stockings.
- Turn the socks inside out up to the ankle, stretch the sock over the ankle with your hands to make it easier to put the foot in.
Next, gently pull upwards without pushing your fingers into the sock.
- Do not pull or tug too hard on the sock as this may cause uneven coverage of the material.
CompriTex support socks do not lose their effective properties even after washing.
- For daily use, wash at least every 2 days or as required and dry flat.
- Hand wash or gentle machine wash 30°- 40°, use a gentle wash bag.
- Do not use fabric softener, do not spin dry, do not iron or wring.
- Do not dry on a hot radiator or in direct sunlight.
